Jonathan Ramos is an exceptional, A+ leader who manages ViVeLa and several other apartment complexes with great professionalism and efficiency. Park Encino is a clean, well-kept property. Aside from trying to resolve a minor application fee refund issue, the staff has usually been quick to respond to questions, requests, and/or maintenance service calls. The general manager, Jonathan, is very professional, courteous, and seems to focus on providing fast and efficient resolutions to his tenants.

I want to give a big shout-out to Jonathan, our new apartment building manager. I’d been dealing with a broken AC for months, and after he started, he took care of it right away. Even though he’s new to the job, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and made sure everything got resolved quickly and smoothly. Thank you, Jonathan!
