Overall, and to be realistic, the management team — including service management and the entire crew — is doing a great job considering the staff shortage and the system upgrades that occasionally cause outages. Of course, there is always room for improvement, especially in planning the implementation of new systems or processes. In addition, management’s priorities do not necessarily align with each tenant’s priorities.
Vivela appartment complex management and service team are excellent and very responsive and professinal. David that is usually support is an excellent professinal memeber of the team
Miguel was my hero who went immediately to my unit to see that my a/c was not working. He and David and Mike made sure they were able to schedule an a/c repair for the next morning. As it was over 100 degrees outside that weekend, I am grateful to the team at Park Encino who responded quickly and professionally. Everything is now in excellent working order.
Highly recommend living here. Couldn’t be happier with management, Mike and Monica, are very professional and quick to respond to any concerns. The building is always maintained and very clean. The units are huge and beautiful, Not to mention the location right in front of a park which is not noisy as I thought it would be and safe. Maintenance is always on top of work orders and very nice. Couldn’t be happier.
EDIT: DO NOT LIVE HERE, DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF WATER LEAKAGE ISSUES, THERE IS BLACK MOLD FORMING IN MY CEILING. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, NOR THE LEAKAGE ISSUES THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. This is by far the worst place to live at. Rent is high, dont expect the apartment landlord to do anything about window leaks, fixes in general. We Put in two requests and were told that they wont do anything about it.
