Maintenance is rotten here. They treat this complex like a prison and scream at elderly residents. Should be reported and fired. Exorbitant rents but mgr will say it is what it is. Usual bs. Just miserable.
Very nice property manager, large one bedroom apt with lots of closet space, peaceful surroundings- lots of woods, back of Forest Park , a pool and fitness center, renovations going on right now- new carpet and freshly painted walls in hallway and hardwood floors just installed in lobbies, parquet flooring in apartments, nice people here.
