Better Systems Have Saved Our School Money:Park East came to Richmond Heights Christian School in October 2010. At that time we had 2 Quickbooks programs,payroll calculated manually and a spreadsheet for billing.Matthew combined all of the systems into one.Park East handles all of the bookkeeping and billing.Payroll is imported via a General Ledger Service.We no longer need a 40hr per week bookkeeper as we have better systems that save allot of time.
