We’ve been here for only a month, but so far we’ve loved it! The location is amazing (right next to a park and big walking area). The neighbors we’ve met so far have been super nice. The leasing team is down-to-earth and super approachable. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and well built (compared to mass produced apartment buildings). Had an issue with the apartment I was planning on renting and changed my mind before signing the lease, they refunded me the admin fee which was helpful and meant a lot
Avoid this shadey apartment complex, seriously. I had my eye on these a year ago and was ready to move in if I found the right unit. I told the manager on the phone that I needed a top floor unit, since I’m leaving my current apartment over noise issues that I don’t want to deal with anymore. She said they had 1 available, so I came and checked it out. Everything looked good, I loved the brick wall interior. I immediately started my application.
