I’ve been here for nearly two months and I’ve been really enjoying Park East! Well maintained community, large units, and fantastic kitchens
Lovely building and VIEWS are amazing! I really appreciate the new manager Kristi, who is very proactive, kind, and communicates well. Update 10/2025 - Love this place and sad to say Goodbye after 4 years here. The staff are so friendly and efficient.
We recently moved out due to unreasonable rent increase (based on monitoring the website our unit has since been rented out at a lower rent than we were paying prior to the amount Greystar would have raised on us if we stayed). The complex is nice. However, on move out if you haven’t documented everything from move in to move out, Greystar will attempt to charge you for normal wear and tear items. We’ve been here for only a month, but so far we’ve loved it! The location is amazing (right next to a park and big walking area). The neighbors we’ve met so far have been super nice. The leasing team is down-to-earth and super approachable. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and well built (compared to mass produced apartment buildings). The fees are very clearly communicated AND they make sense (no random thing you pay for but will never use). Had an issue with the apartment I was planning on renting and changed my mind before signing the lease, they refunded me the admin fee which was helpful and meant a lot
