Listen to the reviews on this place. I know it looks like one of the cheapest deals in the area but if you’re not ready to fight them tooth and nail about their cockroach infestation, then don’t waste your time and money. We moved in thinking if we were clean, we wouldn’t have to deal with the roaches. Just moved into this hellhole a couple of months ago Lord knows I can't wait for my contract to be over with because God honest truth as a person with a disability and cancer I rather die from cancer than having to live in this God forsakened hellhole for another year

Cool interiors, and very functional... close to New Tampa... and a straight shot to University Mall..
I am going on my fourth year at Park East and I enjoy it... The management is responsive to problems and the maintenance guys are great... With all things considered this is the best deal in Tampa
