We brought our kitty Jacki in today for her first physical exam at VCA. We had taken her to another vet in our city and were a bit put off by their lack of professionalism. However, this time, we were touched by the care and knowledge of Dr. Cardin and attentiveness of Nurse Akane. Great service from the moment we walked in to when we walked out ! Easy to make appointments online, very friendly staff, receptionist, nurse and doctor (Dr white) were absolutely fantastic !! Highly recommended
