Dr. Lortie did Mohs Surgery on my Husband’s Nose. Excellent Dr. & staff at Park Dermatology. Very pleased overall & I would highly recommend him and this clinic. Henry & Tally Stanowich
Park Dermatology is badly managed: Concerns are not acknowledged; promised callbacks are nonexistent; frontline staff have condescending attitudes; treatment expectations are not clearly explained; and profit seems more important that client satisfaction/wellbeing. Medical professionals can have all the skill in the world but if your support staff and phone system is failing, clients will walk.
Treated well
I seen Dr Nicolas for a diagnosis for skin problems. He was so kind and knowledgeable. His nurse did a scraping and spray for my face which was excellent. She was extremely kind and patient. I was expecting a week of down time and in 24 hours I didn’t feel any discomfort at all. Great doctor and great team.
The clinic is clean, warm and calm. Staff are genuinely caring. Dr. Lortie is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring about his patients.
