The clinic is clean, warm and calm. Staff are genuinely caring. Dr. Lortie is extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring about his patients.
Saw Dr. Nicholas for a BCC removal. Great Dr, expert care. Him and his staff are super nice and caring. Great experience at a scary time.

Attempted to cancel my appointment, but with 3 callers ahead of me and 60 minutes on hold, I decided to let it sort itself. Go to a place like Vida Dermatology that has mastered the art of answering a phone.
I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Lortie and his staff at Park Dermatology. I had my consult with him for removal of excess skin on my eyelids including removal of xanthelasmas in my upper and lower lids in March of 2024. When I found out they could be removed I broke into tears. The compassion he and his nurse showed me was second to none. My first surgery was booked for the November.
