My both physically and mentally (on the spectrum) daughter went off of our insurance when she turned 26. She now has Medicare and Medicade. I was told that when you change insurance with Park Dental, you become a new client. And they are not taking new clients at this time. She (and our whole family) has been going there since her first appointment at 18 months old. Now this disabled adult who doesn’t do change well is being told to get out because she’s not on Health Partners. Disgusting!
Dr. Steele is the man!! His staff all top notch. 25 years of perfection for me.
First visit, they were nice, professional and ontime with my appointment. I'm glad I chose to come here.

I never get cleaning reminders. They recommended a deep cleaning and gave me a number for a different dentist and the dentist refused to see me because I didn't have the right insurance. It's like because I don't have the best most expensive insurance I'm a second rate patient for them. Now I see that their offices have moved would've been nice to get a postcard or some information about that too. I guess I just don't matter to them as a patient. Time to look for a new dentist I guess.
We have been seeing Dr Chris Steele for about 25 years. They have worked with us when our insurance changed. They are so sensitive to my family's needs that I even paid out of pocket 1 year when they weren't in my network. Every one of my family loves going to the dentist that we usually go as a group just for the fun of it! My oldest daughter now lives in Boise and still sees Dr Steele when she is home. We trust everyone in the clinic to make the best decisions for our dental health.
