Saw Ellie (hygienist) for 1st time on this visit - the usual high standard of customer care that i'm used to from her, Yannis and the reception team - was nice to catch Farid to say hello to on my way through as well. Excellent customer care, as usual, from the whole team of reception, hygienists, technicians and dentists. Everyone takes a personal approach to making an essential service as painless as possible. Dr Ioan-Claudiu Kern was great. I had a sensitive tooth and was fearing the worst but he explained the cause and an alternative remedy. I was expecting a large filing or extraction.
I would say I had excellent dental treatment for a new crown with Eve the dentist at the practise . Eve explained in detail the procedure and showed me on a 3 D scan of my tooth . A very gentle treatment . Her dental nurse with her was also very good . I can honestly say a calm quiet efficient treatment . Judith
