The estimates they provide are meaningless - every time, I pay more than estimated, and of course, out of pocket, even though it was preauthorized. One time, they tried to pin the whole bill on me, and when I contacted the insurance company, they told me that they had never received the paperwork they requested. The paperwork appeared only after the manager's involvement, and the claim was magically paid in full.
