Came in for a cleaning at Park Dental and noticed sensitivity in my mouth the very next day. It got worse so I scheduled another appointment. They told me I had a bad tooth and needed to have it pulled immediately. They said it would cost me $1000 out of pocket even though I have dental insurance!!! What a scam!!! I believe they messed my tooth up during the cleaning and then tried to rip me off. I went in on a day where they lost power and it was so relaxed and chill there, you wouldn't have even noticed. Everyone was calm and polite. Didn't seem stressed at all.
As far as Dentist go Gary Hedin has the best bed side manner that I have ever experienced. He did a filling for me and let's just say I did not feel a thing. Good staff and just a good place to get some work done. 😁
The dentist and hygienist have been great; however, their billing and referral staff have not "given me the smile I've always wanted" or any smile for that matter. On my first visit I was referred by and pre-authorized by the VA. After my visit, Park Dental sent me a bill for the appointment, even after it was fully covered by and paid for by the VA.
