I called to cancel a 6mo cleaning/checkup knowing that I had reached my annual maximum covered by my insurance. The receptionist assured me that the 2x annual preventative care was not included in that maximum, so I kept the appointment. Then they sent me the bill when insurance wouldn't pay and don't even acknowledge their wrong-doing. Bait and Switch is bad business.
We never received a bill for 50 dollars, they sent us to collections, then kicked our whole family out from being able to use them even though we paid it. They said because we went to collections that they can no longer provide us with service. The thing is we have full insurance and we have no idea why this 50.00 didn't get paid. Tried to explain but they said it was their policy. What a joke.
Came in for a cleaning at Park Dental and noticed sensitivity in my mouth the very next day. It got worse so I scheduled another appointment. They told me I had a bad tooth and needed to have it pulled immediately. They said it would cost me $1000 out of pocket even though I have dental insurance!!! What a scam!!! I believe they messed my tooth up during the cleaning and then tried to rip me off. I went in on a day where they lost power and it was so relaxed and chill there, you wouldn't have even noticed. Everyone was calm and polite. Didn't seem stressed at all.
