Very unexpected behavior from the person who sits on the front desk. Very Rude and not cooperative.. I had appointment reminder at 11 PM on text when i went there he says my appointment is 10.30 and the reply from his is very rude.. Please try to avoid this location if possible..
Unexpected Bill - Be Warned!!!! A heads-up for anyone using insurance here: double-check everything yourself. They quoted me about $400 patient portion for my son’s filling, which I agreed to proceed the service and paid in full after the service. Two months later, they claimed my deductible wasn't met and sent a new bill for $700. A competent billing department should verify deductible status *before* providing a patient quote. Impressed each time I visit! Clean and comfy space. Everyone is friendly and kind.
This place is amazing! I can not stress how welcoming and inviting the people are. The doctors are so helpful to people with dental anxiety and very thorough when explaining the process of what they are doing. Every one was so kind and friendly, I will absolutely be getting my dental care done here in the future!
