Avoid at all costs, unless you like hearing every TOE of the people walking above you. Paper thin ceilings, modern-level rent numbers but you feel like you are living in the 80's. Owners removed low-income assistance status so that they could make more money. Need I say more? Office staff is good, but yall, stop helping landlords make even more while you give us even less every year

Do NOT live there , bc eveytime it rains the water ends up inside the apt , and we told the office but they haven't can yet it's been 3 months So DONT LIVE THERE ITS HORRIBLE 🙄🙄😩
AVOID. THE RENT IS GOING CRAZY. I've lived here for 2 years now. The rent went up by $40 last year (not that bad), and by $240 this year! We organized tenants to complain to the manager, got ignored, denied a satisfactory explanation, and when we asked to talk to the manager in the office, the staff asked us to wait outdoors when it was super cold or she would call the police, and SHE DID!
