Avoid this place at all cost. It’s very over priced for the quality of the apartments. They will find any reason to charge you for something. And forget about getting your full security deposit back when you move out. I left my apartment cleaner then the way I received it and they still took a $300 cleaning fee. Also expect your utility bills to be unbelievably high, over 200 if not more-and that was just for me living alone.
Avoid at all costs, unless you like hearing every TOE of the people walking above you. Paper thin ceilings, modern-level rent numbers but you feel like you are living in the 80's. Owners removed low-income assistance status so that they could make more money. Need I say more? Office staff is good, but yall, stop helping landlords make even more while you give us even less every year
