I am a steady customer with the Parkcrest Barber Shop for almost 10 years now. My barber is Paul Ludwick and he has cut my hair for about 85 to 90 percent of the time. Today, he gave me the 'WORST' hair cut I have ever had. Its uneven, not cut straight and there are several nicks on the side and back.
