This apartment shows discrimination against black folks ; I applied there and got denied , however I wasn’t able to upload any docs on the portal nor provide social security on the portal . All income documents and social went directly to the complex . Not even 24 hours after . It was denied , the 3 rd party that they said they went through ; Said no records was found under my name . Management is slow to respond to issues. We moved in May of 2019 and the electric will was fairly average for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for a Florida summer. 2 months in the electric bill skyrocketed and management was contacted. They stated that they would look into it and reimburse for the overage. We provided the necessary information to be told a month later that it was not what they needed. It's ok, but the people I know that live there are moving because they say its horrible...especially the parking.
