Awful. Run as far away as you can. After moving to MAA in 2020. My rent has gone from 1300 to 2400. This place is terrible, maintenance issues, bugs, and ac issues. The office staff is rude, callous and obnoxious, they will ingore your calls but come into your home unannounced. Nicole York is a disgusting excuse for a human being and should be fired after all of these reviews below. They came into my apartment without notice TWICE and violated my rights.
