Why is the heat on in July? Having zero control of the buildings heat is a joke. Our A/C unit is already too small for the sized apartments they put them in, so our energy bill is constantly going up to try and counter act the HEAT BEING ON IN JULY with the too small ac unit and a ton of fans
Nice comfy apartments located near the lovely Cascades area in Jackson. As nice an area as you can get within the city limits.

I loved my apartmemt here. I had great neighbors. Maintenance issues were addressed quickly. I miss living there.
