Editing to say even a year later im having the same issue. 140° heat coming out of my heater with the thermostat on off. I have to have all of my windows open with multiple fans ans the air conditioning on to counter act this heat. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE Why is the heat on in July? Having zero control of the buildings heat is a joke. Great foundation which has been left to fall apart. Maintenance is absolutely abysmal here. Unit flips go unchecked and you walk into a fresh unit with holes in walls, screws and nails on floor, broken locks, blinds that don't work. Nobody works on property, so there is zero accountability. What a shame.
