All prior tenants talking bad about this property is because they were breaking the lease and house rules in many ways. Me as prior manager felt proud managing the property because regardless how hard are the rules and regulations, were the owners who implemented them to keep their property safe and secure and rid of bad people unable to live in clean and sanitary conditions. I got paid to keep up the property as a great family community. I was not there to make people happy or cover up the misbehavior, nor I never violated ... read more
I lived here for about 4 years Carmina is very nice and like she said goes by the rules . I was charged almost 2k for everything that I left and honestly I left it pretty bad I can own up to that . I had to leave due to a family emergency but the only thing I did not like was my neighbor downstairs he was very old and complained about any noise made my kids got useto being quiet no running or horse playing which kind of sucked but totally understandable since ik older people like peace and quiet everytime I had my sister com... read more
