I personally highly recommend this RV service center. We did make an appointment four days before our arrival and Cody to have 12 V electrical work done. We arrived just after eight and we received our camper back the same day about 4 o’clock in the afternoon.. the staff was courteous and professional. With more than 40 years of experience, this guy had just what we needed and understood just how to do it.
Propane system in trailer went down. We were traveling to Yellowstone and found Park County RV. Fixed our problem in less than an hour. We were on our way to fully enjoy our vacation.
These folks are awesome! I had a propane leak on my class c rv onboard tank. I called and told them I would be in Cody the next day and asked for help. They said sure bring it by. We went by and they dropped everything and diagnosed and replaced my propane regulator on the spot! A++++ service and super nice folks.
On two separate occasions I’ve run into issues with a travel trailer. Each time I was sold everything I needed to fix my issue from parts that were in stock. Marty was great at running me through how to do the repair and it turned out great. Only place I’ll go to from now on for any parts or repair.
I needed a replacement fender for a small utility trailer. It's not a large, expensive job. It turned out the trailer was old enough that the fender was no longer available. Park County RV hunted around until they were able to find nearly identical fenders. That's a lot of work for a small job. The replacement was fast, well done, and reasonably priced. Nice folks to deal with!
