This place is clearly struggling with their billing process. Whomever manages this process needs to be replaced/trained. Paying costs up front and overcharging us, and taking a passive aggressive approach is not how to win over patients. My husband knows benefits and understands when we have been wronged and has people that can help, and we are still working on this 5 months later. I sure hope that something changes here. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our teen athlete’s first surgery ever. From check-in with Amy - pre-op with George and Holly, then Chandler in the operating room and Lindsey and Taylor in Post-op, everyone made us so comfortable and reassured. The surgery with Dr Cooley went perfectly. Every step of the way, the entire staff were confident, friendly and reassuring. We would highly recommend the Park City Surgical Center to anyone and everyone.
Awesome staff..including physicians, nurses, and receptionist. Very clean and modern facility!
My surgery was good and I have no complaints about that… but like the other reviewers said you need to be aware of their predatory billing practices. They will demand payment up front, without knowing what you will actually owe. They say they talk to your insurance, but they don’t know exactly what will get billed. I told her I would be meeting my deductible with this procedure and she said it didn’t matter. They made me pay $2,400 up front, and my final EOB was $1,300. They owe me more than $1,000 back! Raved to my dad about how well and wonderfully this place is run and he said "Makes me almost hope I need surgery so it can be done there." I've had multiple other out-patient surgical experiences and this was far and away the best. Everything ran so smoothly, and everyone was kind, warm, seemed to like working with each other, and knew exactly what was going on the entire time. From the check-in experience to the nurse helping me out to the car (and with all the materials they sent me home with) I knew I was in great hands.... read more
