My previous review of the Center was very, very positive based on the medical staff. I WOULD STILL LEAVE THAT RATING AS A 5 STAR RATING. However, now dealing with the cost aftermath of my surgery, I need to lower my rating. The Center put together an estimate of my costs for my surgery based on the insurance I provided. I paid that amount on the morning of the surgery. Now I have received another invoice from the Center for an additional amount that is 1.5 times more than the estimated copayment I already made. First time here! I couldn't be more impressed with how professional all the staff were. It was a first time surgery for mt patient and they made her feel so comfortable and calm. Her post-op recovery was so fast and they made sure she was ready to leave when she was up for it. I will definitely make sure I come back to this center when it's time. Thank you staff and providers!

Front desk and billing at this surgery center are just predatory. They called me days before my surgery for payment, I said I wanted to a payment plan and would pay a portion on the day of surgery. She said she made a note on my account for when I checked in. The lady who checked me in didn’t see a note and gave me a hard time for wanting a payment plan and kept pressuring for full payment or to pay more at check in than what I had worked out on the phone call. My whole experience from start to finish was exceptional . I have had two surgeries here and the whole team was amazing ! They were great listeners and showered me with compassionate care. The anesthesiologist was attentive and listened to me as I gave him details of what has worked in the past . The gal , Amy at the front was so kind and the billing process was flawless. I would highly recommend the surgery center as they take pride in making you feel comfortable and cared for . You will get exceptional care here !!!
