Real flake. When I took in my lawn mower he said it would be done in 2 weeks. I called him after two weeks and he had not even looked at. I called him the next week and he told me it was a carburetor and he would have to order a new one. I called him on the 4th week and he said it was not done he's been out of town he's moving and told me to come and get it.called me an hour later and told me it was done his son had done it when he was out of town and he had no clue.

No sense of urgency at all. I brought in my chainsaw that was not starting. A week later I called them for an update. They hadn't touched it yet. Two weeks, same story. Three weeks, same story. I ended up just taking the saw back untouched and going to someone else who would actually work on it. In the end, it was a waste of time to go here.

Amy and Rod are super nice people. We are super lucky to have a place in park city to take our snowblowers,Weedwhacker’s and lawn mowers to get worked on.
