T'S A SHAME THAT THIS COMPANY NOW WANTS TO MAKE MONEY IN A DISHONEST WAY, BECAUSE WHEN A CAR IS TOWED, THEY GET PROFITS FROM THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS, SINCE THEY HAVE LIMITED PARKING SO THAT PEOPLE, EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE IN THE LIZ, DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARK THEIR CARS, A WAY TO INCREASE THE LIZ, NOT TO MENTION THE HIGH WATER CHARGE WITH NO ONE TO REPORT A CONSUMPTION.
