Extremely disappointed with my experience at Park City Ford. I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for an oil change and alignment. Shortly after the alignment, the vehicle began making abnormal squeaking and grinding noises that were not present beforehand. I returned to the dealership about 18 days later and explained the issue. I was told a screw related to the alignment work had not been properly secured and that fixing it would resolve the noise. Just had my oil change and routine services done and their team was incredible. I dropped my maverick off in the morning, they gave me a ride to work, and it was all ready when I went home for the day. Oil change, tire rotation, everything was done to a higher standard. They’re quick, smart, kind, and know their stuff. Greg was on point, and the staff were amazing.
