I purchased a 17 Ford explorer from PARK CITY FORD in 2020. Lucky to not be completly broke, i purchased an extended warranty from allstate insurance . I bought the car to use for work to do service calls in my hvac bussiness. The car has remote start and heated seats which is great for me as i do spend time every day in this vehicle. (your warranty company), like all insurance companies, they will try and save a penny any way they can. If they had gone with our initial suggestion and estimate your vehicle would have been fixed before the multi repairs the made us do first. i do know the service department has tried everything they could do to help you including putting you a substitute transportation at zero cost to you.
