Horrible place! Noise, roaches, mice. A pathetic place in a pathetic, backward neighborhood.
TERRIBLE Management Office! They DO NOT enforce co-op rules (do not reply that they even received an email about a complaint). They do not help even with the smallest issues, such as having renters clean their balcony, which is a CO-OP RULE.. Takes years to perhaps resolve a small problem, such as having a next-door renter (renting illegally for 10+ years due to co-op rules, permits about 3 years). I sent about 100+ emails, called, visited, and complained about my next door neighbor's balcony for the past 10 years, and manag... read more
