Some parts are good to live in, but the NW side of the park especially on 87th terrace is bad, junkies, prostitution, drug house, and another drug house on 16th court, visited my aunt and saw all of these things, and management hasn't done nothing about it, people living in their vans, squatter houses in 16th street, 18th place and 87th terrace also.
