I miss Diane!! It is difficult to go from a personal touch loan officer to a call center type atmosphere. My husband has banked with PCCU for 40 years and I have for 19. When it comes to loans I feel like a number and nobody know us or our loan history. Diane was fast, efficient and always pleasant to work with. Don't care about the customers. My 7yo accidentally charged my account on a video game unknowingly. Multiple charges of $5, $10 in in-game charges that over-drafted my account which resulted in multiple charges. PCCU said they were willing to dismiss 3 of the 9-10. Bullshit. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Somewhere that is willing to work with their customers in unfortunate instances.
We are very pleased with the choice of this credit union when we moved north from Milwaukee area-the customer service is outstanding and when you walk in everyone makes you feel as though you are "part of the family"
