I was contacted by Shazam nearly 2 weeks ago ( Saturday 8/31) notifying me that there was fraudulent charges on my card and a mandatory hold was placed on my account. I was told I had no choice in the matter and needed to contact Park City directly to request a new card and begin the dispute process to recover the funds taken. After over 20 years as a member, I am closing all of my accounts and moving my mortgage to another bank. Too many gaffes for me to stick around any longer. Be sure to check and double check EVERY transaction. Too sad, they used to treat you like a person and now members are just a number. I wish I hadn't been so loyal for so long, I probably would have saved money and headaches.

I thought I had my worst bank experience at River Valley bank but park city is far and away the WORST bank I’ve ever dealt with. Do not even waste your time.
I wanted to refinance my vehicle and the posted rates were amazing. I spent at least an hour of my time only for Park City to come back with an interest rate 3% higher than the posted rate. My credit is perfect and I was asking for 25% of the current resale value. They could not provide the rationale.
cant keep money safe, over $1000 of fraudulent charges made to my wifes account this morning. 2nd time this year we have had money stolen out of the account. will be leaving pccu and filing a claim with the ncua.
Friendly staff--a good percentage know us by name as soon as we walk in. I usually go to the County Market location. I never have a problem depositing or cashing checks. Highly recommended!!
I love how easy it is to deposit money in your savings account.
