Called the shop for appointment, he said we dont do appointments, asked him im 15 min away whats the wait time? He said no wait time i reached there with in 12 min and he said wait time is 45 min i told him i have to pickup my son from school thats why i called you before heading this way. But he was like no its 45 min wait or you can go somewhere else. Seems like he have some personal issues.

This place does sloppy work. Miguel is the shop owner. He is never there. The guys who run things speak very broken English. I don’t mean to sound racist, but trying to have a detailed conversation or discussing a problem is just not possible. That’s just factual. They are much cheaper than anybody else, but if you are not satisfied, you will not get an explanation. You get what you pay for. I’m all about saving money, but this is not a place to go to save money.
