DO NOT TRUST THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU ON A DECEIVING RUN AROUND UNTIL THE TIME IS UP AND THEN KEEP YOUR MONEY. 1. I went to apply and was told that the move in specials was $600, the rent was 1,295 and the application was $45 with an $100 refundable holding fee. 2. I was told to give up check stubs, and rental history, basic protocols. 3. I Gave them $145 to hold my rental. 4. My contract stated that if I passed my move in date will be the 7/22. (So from the 11th to the 22th I had to stay in a hotel payin... read more
