UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR - WARNING While viewing units, the Manager assured us that if we needed to cancel our application within 30 days, we would be refunded our $200 in total application handling fees. We cancelled within 30 days, and recently went back and forth over email with the Manager, and a Supervisor, to get the money back, as we were assured. Overpriced apartments with horrible management, zero maintenance accountability, bad wiring, regular water outages, a pungent stench of cigarettes & occasionally marijuana. Had my motorcycle stolen from the sub-basement garage and management sat on their hands for WEEKS before delivering footage to the police. I live in one of the renovated penthouses.
