Overpriced apartments with horrible management, zero maintenance accountability, bad wiring, regular water outages, a pungent stench of cigarettes & occasionally marijuana. Had my motorcycle stolen from the sub-basement garage and management sat on their hands for WEEKS before delivering footage to the police. I live in one of the renovated penthouses.
