The entrances and parking lots are poor, the buildings seem ok. The signs in the parking lots for traffic look like Peter Dinklage posted them, they are very low and hard to see. The entrance off Elmwood has poorly design curbs.
I would leave 0 stars if it let me. I’m a tenant and have had nothing but bad experiences since I moved in. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in this industry. Specifically Dennis Mietz. He’s an old cranky boomer who hates people. Surprised this company is still in business with a clown like him in charge. Extremely unprofessional. What a joke of a place. Shady business tactics. Scumbag landlord that tries to retaliate against anyone that speaks out about him.
