Jeana Roberts did a wonderful job helping me during my move. There were no U-Haul trucks available in the area, but Jeana assisted me in finding one at a reasonable time and at an affordable price within my budget. I was very satisfied with her support and highly recommend Jeana.
I really wanted to like this U-Haul location because Jeana, the manager worked hard to find me a truck when none were available, and I appreciated that. But after returning the truck, she charged me for 6 gallons of fuel even though I only drove 22.9 miles in a 20’ truck that gets about 10 miles per gallon. That distance should’ve only used around 2.3 gallons at most. It felt like she was just trying to get over on me with an exaggerated fuel charge.
