- 1 YEAR of ROACHES that pest control doesn’t control - weak, small washers/dryers that require multiple $1.50 cycles (laundromat is cheaper) - changed lock system app so now you have to manually navigate to the key, unsafe bc of the harassers loitering around the building entrances - “gated lot” with broken doors/entrances, car’s been broken into and mac did nothing DO NOT MOVE HERE especially if you’re a young woman. its way too expensive for a small space with roaches that come from other unsafe tenants.
I absolutely love living at park central. Mac properties is an awesome company to rent from. I’ve had zero complaints since I’ve lived here for over a year now.I would definitely recommend. They always keep our home looking great throughout every season, and every maintenance call Is answered very quickly and responded to.😃
