Den of cockroaches – My family living in this apartment for the last 8 years. First 3 years the services were great, but after 2008 recession the management layoff lot of maintenance/cleaning people. So now this place is a den of cockroaches, running around all over places. Even it is now coming to my laptop while working. Seems that they no more afraid of human. I hate this place but still continuing since my kid got lot of kids in the same floor and able to enjoy the life.
Pathetic Maintenance, Callous Management and Bedbugs! – I stayed here from July 09 to Oct 10. It has persistent bug problems that the management was not able to handle professionally. Some months after moving in I noticed bugs on the bedroom wall, took photos of them, and reported to the management desk who logged it in a log. For more than a month no bug inspector came to my apartment. By then I found out the bugs were bedbugs and it became an infestation. After a second complaint they sent the exterminator. DO NOT LIVE HERE – Do not ever think about renting here!!!! I have just moved out of this place after living there for one year. The people working in the leasing office are absolutely rude idiots and they totally mis-manage it. I shared my experiences with you in this terrible place. Stay away from this apartment – I had been staying here the last 3 years. I remember this place used to be quiet, safe and family oriented. Lately things had been gotten so much worse that I am considering moving out before the end of my lease. The construction is a nightmare. My apartment is actually no where near the construction site but I am already feeling the pain. Bad Place to live – This place is horrible. Not only do teenagers live here, but theres a bar across from the appartments in the back. the farthest from the office where the farmers market is held. But their new system is horrible to. If you already live there when the new system is put it in you still pay the raised price yet you get no upgrades like a washing machine, you get free cleaning but thats it. if you just move in for the raised price you get a washing machine, etc. but if you live there while they raise the price... read more
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! – This place is awful for the next 2 years the whole complex will be a construction site. They are getting rid of pools and other amenities. The apartments have NO closet space and verypoor floorplans. Management will lie to your face. Very dishonest DO NOT LIVE HERE!!
stay away from this apartment complex.... – Mansion Grove is starting a 21 month construction project on site building 7 new bldgs of 3 to 4 stories (124 apartments). this buildings are being build "in between" (yes, I am not joking) existing bldgs. So imagine if you would like to live and raise your family "on" the construction site and Pay US$1600+ per month for that! Forget about Deposit.....be prepare to pay extra Bucks$$$$ – I lived here for an year. The management really became greedy. After a year, they increased my rent from $1255 to $1425. I had not other choice but to leave. The rents are way too expensive for the kind of apartments they have. check and compare with the surrounding places before signing the lease.
