Showed up at 4. Said they could see me for an injection at 4:15. The lovely receptionist didn’t understand what was taking so long but we both could hear the nurses on staff gossiping loudly and laughing in the back. By 4:50 I still hadn’t been seen. They close at 5. I left. Unfortunately I have to go back because this location has my injection. This is the second time I’ve tried to get my injection at this location. Beyond unprofessional.
