My cousin started her lease not even a week ago and was woke up at 3 am to find bed bugs all over them. Come to find out the unit was infested with them. Rather than taking accountability, they are basically denying any knowledge of bed bugs even though the neighbor informed her they have been treating the BUILDING for 6 weeks now. lived in this apartment for a year and a half. Since Holly joined the lease office, the staff has become more friendly and supportive. Overall, it’s a nice and safe place to live. While the rent is slightly higher than other complexes, I think it's worth it.

Not worth the price or the hassle of living here. Little to no maintenance is done on these buildings, which can be attested to by the built up grime all over the place, dangling pieces of wood from the teeny tiny balconies, and loose or broken wood going up the stairs. They literally painted over a dead cockroach on a windowsill rather than remove it. Air conditioning BARELY cools in the summer, and the most they’ll do is clean the coils.
