I own a condo here. I have no plans to sell or rent it to anyone, so I have nothing immediately to gain from sharing the review. But I just want to provide some balance here. DO NOT RENT OR PURCHASE here until association or management has changed. (Updated frequently, still nightmarish as of Feb 2025) The location and building could be fantastic but currently (late 2023 to present) it has been a nightmare due to a failed developer and mismanaged association. No regular maintenance or safety/security upkeep has been performed in the past 18 months. This place has been redone from head to toe. Almost. The developer (Howells &Howells) have been given a bad.rap by some condo owners. Our condo I'd amazing. We looked in the "cool" Cleveland areas for 9 months before falling in love with this place. Move here! Love it!
