Never ever select this location for you love one. Smells from hallways to my spouse room, toilet have plastic poo poo on the toilet bow..trash can awlays full the room shares total 3 people in the room. Nasty floor fill up with debris dont know often mop or vacuum cleaner. My husband has 6 times stroke, and 100% blindness loss of vision..nursing home staff stopped contact me about his health and medication.. Absolutely shocking experience! My Mom was sent here by Kaiser Oakland. She had multiple events that required trips to the ER. After 2-3 times, the Admin told us something unbelievable. They suggested that they should just close the door and let her die. We reported this to Kaiser, and they pulled her out of Park Bridge.
