Absolutely shocking experience! My Mom was sent here by Kaiser Oakland. She had multiple events that required trips to the ER. After 2-3 times, the Admin told us something unbelievable. They suggested that they should just close the door and let her die. We reported this to Kaiser, and they pulled her out of Park Bridge.

No hot water pretty much ever, Incompetent staff, no one ever pays attention to nurse call lights, loud, patients never see doctor, twice ive missed 2-3 doses of medication because they don't keep up with filling prescriptions, showers allowed only 1-2 times a week and they are disgustingly dirty, and that's if there is hot water on your shower day, food is mostly gross, 2-3 people per room and only one tv so you better want to watch the same thing as your roommates, run down, smells bad, almost missed a doctor's appointment... read more
