Constant and unbearable noise from street vents. -Living here has been a nightmare due to a problem no one seems to take responsibility for: there are vents on the ground between the Park Place and Park Boulevard buildings that make an incredibly loud noise, day and night. They sound like engines turning on non-stop. It’s impossible to get proper rest, focus on work, or simply enjoy any peace and quiet. The constant noise drives you insane. Hard to believe no one has addressed such an obvious issue…
Attention to detail in construction and overall quality is good. But if something breaks it takes a very(VERY) long time to repair.
