We've been living here for almost a year and we are very happy. Community is nice and clean. Maintenance orders get resolved quick. Everyone at the office are helpful, Adriana from cleaning is very nice, she always stops and says hi, always with a smile on her face and making sure everything is clean.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a really great experience living at Park Bonita. The property is in a great location, the community is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere is very nice and peaceful. The grounds are kept clean, the common areas are well taken care of, and the staff is always friendly and professional. We recently moved to a house after calling Park Bonita home for the past 10 years. Our landscaping was always nice, which was worked on weekly. The community was safe during our time there. The office is professional and attentive.
