My wife and I have lived here for a year now and it's been great, well maintained complex, maintenance is on top of things, and the front office have been helpful every single time, only thing that stops me from giving them a 5 star is that assigned parking isnt really enforced, more than twice our assigned parking spot has been taken by someone else
Owners are great! The place is clean and friendly neighbors. The front office staff aren’t very helpful, my elderly parents aren’t tech savvy and the girl in the front desk wouldn’t help them renew the contract and Michael isn’t very helpful either he’s a bit rude to be honest. The younger maintenance gentleman would make me feel uncomfortable and offer to come over to help without the people on the lease being home and without submitting a ticket. Other than that great place to live and nice quiet neighborhood.
