Just wanted to speak on, especially the parking for guest and friends or just guests period have not been to the pool since 2019 when they were changing the rules so much but I’m still here. Predatory management company with an awful, lazy property manager named Candee. Do not move here unless you want a management company/board that has ridiculous rules and regulations, charges exorbitant fees and fines, and never properly addresses issues. These people should be ashamed of themselves and the exploitative practices they engage in. Update: HUGE ANT PROBLEM
Own a condo here, neighbors are great, love my condo, HOA is awful, they are dictators, will charge you for anything and everything. Charged me $4,300 to replace my door to a fire proof door, but wont help me with a wasp nest on the roof. Candee from management is very rude and condescending. I told her about the nest and she goes "I cant do anything about wasps flying around outside" are you fing kidding me? I'm not expecting you to stand on my balcony swatting wasps.
