Unstable – Agree with the previous post. Witnessed *very* rude behavior in the office when we first went there which should have been our first clue to not rent from them. Had extremely frustrating occurrences in the building they "managed" and had to deal with an unstable Jekyll and Hyde type character in their office on a regular basis.
