We moved into a rental managed by Park Avenue Properties. The house was a disaster when we moved in and Park Avenue has been very unresponsive. They don't return phone calls or texts. We have had to file maintenance requests over and over before someone actually comes and fixes things. We will never rent a property managed by them again. Whomever responded to my review obviously has very little knowledge of our situation. We were asked by our property manager to send in a detailed list of all of the problems with this house.... read more
