DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Particularly the Soho team! They will waste your money and your time like no other. They will never respond, let alone pick up the phone, and they won’t even treat you like a PAYING client even after the home you wanted was leased out from under you. Oh, by the way, THEY DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS! My partner and I have been ready and waiting for our ALREADY APPROVED APPLICATION to be applied to an available Park Avenue home for over 3 weeks, and we are ready to sign and move in now. If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I am stuck in a rental property with no A/C, heat, working stove, mold, and 15+ other issues to which no one cares about. They just mark your requests completed without actually fixing anything. They charge an astronomical amount to move in with hidden lease agreement fees etc but won’t keep their homes in habitable conditions. Do NOT rent from them. The budget motel would be a better option. Speaking with the Vice Presidents does not help. They just blow smoke, promise everything... read more
