Move in state was horrible- doors falling off, showers didn't work, they improperly installed valuable hardware and electrical appliances- like why? It looks like it was on purpose no lie. And they will ghost you the second you move in, doesn't matter if it's urgent or important, they don't care and won't respond to your emails or calls- I'm talking about SOHO TEAM- Lauren, Ana, Scott, Alberto, Jesus, etc. So feel free to break your lease with whatever you want! I was a tenant in a Park Avenue Properties home for 6 years. We stayed because the owner of the property was great but property management was less than Desirable once Anne left the company. The property owner had come to town and dropped by to view the home which we welcomed. He gave us his phone number if anything happened. Thank goodness he did Because Park Avenue refused to inform him of any issues such as the fridge not working properly or the washing machine not working. Trashy scammers… they been scamming ppl for years for application fees
I normally do not leave reviews but my experience has compelled me to. My husband called the company about a property listed and we were informed that no one had applied for it. We proceeded to apply and spend over $100 on application fees. A few minutes after our application was fully processed we were informed that an applicant was already approved. It was clear that Park Avenue saw us as an easy target for application fees. I will say the only pro here is that they actually answer their phone calls. Beware... ** if you do... read more
