ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY DISGUSTING staff/work here. I don’t understand who is looking after this POOR performing clinic? All the time the line is BUSY or they just HANG UP the call on clients. VERY DISAPPOINTING👎👎👎👎👎SHAME ON YOU ALL✋✋✋
Disappointing made appointment for 9am first patient for the day but was at 9.35am , 2 patients went before me , what’s the point of making an appointment, absolutely not acceptable.
I was shocked when reception have no understanding of iron infusion. Reception specially the male staff doesn’t know how the process of booking and taking the call from client, need some urgent training.
Very disorganised and very bad experience, long waiting times and some mornings open in mornings NO DOCTORS. They seem to loose goid doctors due to poor management. Office staff very poor in customer services.
