Noone ever picks up. Not sure what the front staff are doing. Voicemail system does not have an option to leave a voicemail. Also, they don't have an online portal where you can review the bloodwork results. Instead you play phone tag with the doctor. I gave up with this place as well.
I have been going here for about two years and I have just about had it with this office. I hate to leave a not great review but I am tired of having to play phone tag with them about refilling a continuous prescription I am on. When the pharmacy reaches out to them multiple times only to tell me after so many attempts they are done on their end, now I have to call and ask them to fill it. Dr. Hoskin is attentive, and very down to earth. She listens thoroughly, and explains everything in layman's terms. I never feel like my being there is rushed or that I am an inconvenience. Recommend her 100% And the staff is great too!
