Our son had an MRI done this week. We were all very apprehensive about the procedure. I am happy to say that all went well thanks to the excellent staff at Park Avenue Imaging. Arlene, the MRI technician, was top notch and took away all fears. In addition, manager, Courtney, and Kayla had amazing customer service. If you have to get an MRI, x-ray or Cat Scan -- you definitely want to go here.
They dont answer their phones. When they call back, they will only identify you if you provide a credit card number and all of the validating information such as account numbers and other confidential info. You never know if its a scammer calling you back or a legit caller. I wouldn't provide my credit card info over the phone to an inbound caller so they wouldn't verify me and they dont answer their phones so you really can't get validated unless you're willing to give up all that info to a stranger who calls you. God must have put that compassionate Angel (Arleen) in my path today. If it had not been for her patience and gentle demeanor, I would not have gotten into that closed MRI machine today. The time went quickly and she made a point of talking me through it after explaining in detail what I was to expect. She also made a few suggestions, which turned out to be very helpful during the process. I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!! Kayla and Jason took exceptional care of my mother. We got in quickly and they treated us as if we were the most important part of their day. I highly recommend this place.
Staff is amazing, they are so patient driven. They go above and beyond to make you feel like family.
I just called to make an appointment and no one answered for over 8 minutes. Called ORANGE PARK IMAGING CENTER and a human answered within a minute and I scheduled my appointment for there.
