Not professional at all in any way In my opinion. Called ahead but still had to wait a half hour for him to get back. Told me over the phone he would buy silver when I got there he said he didn't have a xrf machine to test it that my bowl would fit in! No greeting no nothing just walked in the door took my dish looked at it and said he can't test it. Buy an xrf gun if you're going to do this for a living!
